Hi folks, hand throttle stopped working, 2011 high bonnet standard armrest. The little slider moves the same as if it was working. Is it an electronic problem?

My low bonnet one done the same was a broken wire on the armrest loom down near the floor try giving it a wiggle about or pull the shroud off for a look
