No eletric ? As in no lights on the dash,ie charge and oil pressure , or the starter wont engage? So many things it could be. Do you have anything to test where the power actually comes to? Maybe rig up a 12volt bulb, with 2 long insulated leads.one end with a crocodile clip to earth and you can use the other end to find the live supply. Difficult times with isolation.... so wont tell you about hot wiring the starter... in case you get injured.
