Well, there are respectable businesses that do offer cloud seeding to disperse rain-bearing clouds (very expensive), and I read there are trials of ways to make rain in places where it's needed. They're on record.

I thought I made that point earlier. That's the way of conspiracy theories. One or two truths wrapped up in tissues of nonsense. Invariably, it's to manipulate whoever buys into the nonsense.

There's no evidence of chemtrails. They're made up nonsense to scare people.

I’d imagine if you’re releasing silver iodide out of a plane you’d get a trail of chemicals. Chemtrails for short, simple.

For the un initiated the above photograph was doctored. I am an ex-pilot. The photo is of the panel of an Embraer ERJ 145 (similar layout on other aircraft). The switch labelled Chemtrail is in fact the Sterile Light switch (this light is put on after take off and before landing below 10,000 feet to remind flight attendants the cockpit is sterile) Also note the supposed chemtrail switch has two on positions! A two way switch always has on, up, and off, down. Also the font for the label text is incorrect!

Having pointed this out I am reminded of the time I flew in the rear seat of a USAF F4 Phantom with the American pilot up front. I noticed a number of lights going on and off on the panel which did not match anything I had seen in an RAF aircraft. I asked my American colleague what they signified.
The reply was, in his Alabama drawl “Hell if I know bud, they keep flashing like that, ***** knows what they mean”. My confidence in my aviating companion evaporated somewhat and I made sure I was aware of where the ejector handle was! You have to love them southern farm boys!

Chemtrails are a load of nonsense, but there is new, tentative, research into increasing/brightening cloud cover by using sodium chloride in amounts that are smaller than the sea salt in coastal air on an ordinary day ~ today, because of Storm Kathleen, there's even more salt in the air, naturally ~

The only time that food, with that food producers/growers, farmers will become important and thus make money will be , simple economics, ie, supply and demand, we all know that the UKs population grows all the time, so demand for food must increase, then its supply? If in the near future, for what ever reason the import "tap" for food gets either turned down or off, food demand and price will then rocket? but with that also civil unrest?
