Non delivery of fert

Ordered in January for January delivery.
Payment month following delivery.
Still not here keep getting told will be here tomorrow etc.
What would you do in my position?

Ring another merchant and see what price for delivery tomorrow / end of week etc. Then ring back original merchant and ask them to deliver what was ordered, or that they replace it from somewhere else. Oh, and say you will shame them online.

What is it you are waiting for? You cant be far from me, and I have fert in the shed that I wont be using due to crop failure.

waiting for double top have straight N on stock but realy want the sulpher.

Sorry, I only have straight N left or you could have come and taken a load. Pester them as last I had heard they were sold out of sulphur. Although what they say and mean are often two things.
