You know what a cash purchaser says to me?

Arrogance.
Bravado.
Cheek.
Complaints down the line.
Citizen's advice quotes and threatening pseudo-legal letters.
Threats.
Endless calls, letters and email.
Then ultimately, the status quo - they still have the thing they bought and have not managed to extort any of their pathetic wad back off me (because the wad they were waving was the only fudgeing wad they had).

Cash-toting superstars can FO.
