I just wonder how silly they will feel when they hit around 60 to find they are fully type 2 diabetic and need to adopt a Carnivore diet, completely cutting out all carbs in their diets, only to find there isn’t any meat to eat!

We are in a Diabetes crisis now and it will get very much worse being the number one cause of premature deaths, if it isn’t already.
Heart attacks, Strokes and Cancer are all related to Diabetes.
Not just sugar, but seeds and grain flour, bread and all starchy vegetables such as Spuds, Parsnips, Carrots, Peas and Sweetcorn get converted into sugars inside us causing Insulin resistance. All Fruits contain fructose sugars.

Our bodies were designed to eat animal proteins and fats and doing so is the only way to re-balance our bodies away from Diabetes, without resorting to Metformin and eventually Insulin injections, made from the Pancreas of Pigs and Cows!
Well i was pre diabetic and attended some NHS zoom meetings where the lady running it was vegan,I found out through social media.Anyway she was advocating a near 100 % vegan diet along with excersise to lose weight. Most of the people attending were pathetic ,self pitying people who wanted to lose weight without doing any work.I lost 4 stones through hard physical exercise and increasing my meat consumption by double. When,at the end of the course,I had lost the most weight by a mile I took great delight in telling the lady it was done by exercise , reducing carbohydrates and eating meat three times a day.Their faces were a picture to behold .
It excited Schadenfreude throughout my body.

Silly question- why don’t Norwich move sales to a weekday to avoid the nut jobs?
It’s not like their sale day clashes with any other local markets!

it might actually be worse... more traffic cos there's a small industrial estate further on .... also many vegans don't work...mart relies on some part timers who themselves work weekdays...many vendors also part times

arguing or 'putting them straight' is of no use at all...you're never going to win the arguement...indeed anger and confrontation fuels their fervour

one of the 'auditors' today asked if I might do an interview today...give our side of the arguement...I told him I'd think on it...unsure

I wouldn't bother Spin, they'll "spin" it against you and just edit it to promote themselves

I’d have mentioned the eating meat three time a day bit first!
Just to spite your veggie NHS zoom meeting lady.
Was it through Xyla Heathcare?

Well done anyway!

I wouldn't bother arguing with them id just make sure they know what a complete bunch of c###s I think they are......simple

Much as i'd be tempted to go the direct route, I wouldn't be able to resist turning the tables on them. As long as you're two up, get out the wagon and let your mate drive through whilst you go full-on zealous evangelical Christian missionary on them. See how they like being on the receiving end of nonsensical ranting for a change.

Not sure who it was through ,my GP recommended it.I thought I'd wait to the last meeting when they had the final weighing results in case I was beaten. Some of people on the course put weight on !!! No willpower at all.
