Nosey Drone

It doesn't matter if it 's flying at 300' or 1000', both would be out of shotgun range.:(
Full choke and 1 1/4 oz of #3 would get close enough to 300' to rock the bugger

Maybe.
We had a tin shed well out of range behind the old high skeet house at Balclutha (it's now been moved away from the airfield) and we'd always hear the shot landing on the roof from station 5, even 9's go a way..
Bet their rainwater drum was heavy! :dead:

Surely there would have to be an element of proof over reasonable doubt? Shotgun pellets cannot be traced to a weapon (yet). Perhaps a friend does the job while you are filmed walking around your yard?

Am I the only one that is slightly disturbed by people boasting about shooting it down???? I rather like my luxury of having a shotgun licence.....
I value my gun license more than my drone, which is why i'm firmly siding the non-shooting option here :)
A very few people in the world have been hurt or even inconvenienced by mis-used drones, but an awful lot have been hurt by mis-used guns, so I think I know who I would rather put up with as a neighbour :)

Do all these drones trail a banner with the legend....... "Smile. Your being filmed"?

I thought miscreants were supposed to be notified for film to be admissible evidence?

We had our 2nd TB test day today, and happily they all went through OK, and once again the drone drove them all into the yard without extra help. Mrs Fred arrived as I was shutting the gate with an hour to spare, so we had an extra cuppa instead.
I was going to put some drone photos of the procedure on here, but when I looked through the pics I had taken, there was one of me launching the drone, one of Mrs Biggins next door standing at her window in the altogether, one of the 3rd Earl on the loo, and finally one of our neighbour hitting his John Deere with a mallet, so not wishing to be intrusive I thought I should keep them to myself :)

Well, it ain't right, hovering over someone else's property.
Bad manners at best.
Those that say it's not doing any harm need a foot up the arse. Which won't do any harm.:D
I'd pose for them, sign autographs and ask for a cut of any royalties. But that's just me. At least they are not trespassing across my yard in person with the potential to be resisted by my dog or drown in the slurry pit, which would doubtless be seen as being 'my fault'.
