How did you get on? Curious to know what the issue was.

Not heard anything yet.
If it is satellite drift like Robt says then I'm afraid I'd better of without it.
Beginning to wonder that you need to spend a lot of money and get a good system.
Why are these systems so expensive? You get a box with nothing on it, when you can go and get a GPS for your car for couple hundred quid that has all street names, postcodes in every city.????

Accuracy costs money. Re car sat navs, it's economies of scale I'm affraid

Am after simple screen gps for fert spreading etc at 12 meters can t justify thousand!whats good and cheap, seen one on a website, £400 with screen an atena!

Have you looked at the iSoyl app? Works off an iPad, so you get a fancy screen that has other uses. Not sure if it does guidance though, or just variable rate..

I use mine for spreading slurry with the dribblebar,fert sowing,spraying,rolling,mowing,sowing grass,power harrowing and one of the things its best for is working ploughing.

Sorry never posted,I use a ram mount on mine.

Being a tight wad I found old jcb lever balls drilled through and bolted to bracket are cheap and work well.

Got my Trimble ez 250 fitted now used it on fert spinner, straight a- b lines, was my in to the border then shutting spinner every 2 mins,will get some pics!

How you mount your Trimble EZ-Guide 250 lightbar is up to you, using a suction mount is good if you are moving your unit regularly between vehicles.

We do supply a number of different RAM-Mount arrangements for the Trimble EZ-Guide 250 lightbar.
