Notifications not working on app

Don’t know who to message. The notifications are not working on the TFF app on iPhone for about a week.

I’ve only got notifications on the app if I’ve been looking at the thread in question within the last couple hours otherwise I get nothing

Push notifications are coming through but when you select notifications on the app they ain’t showing anything since 2 weeks ago.

I really can not tell you anything about the App as I dont use it, but could it be anything to do with there being a new one?

It's hardly ever worked for me. The last thing I want is my phone binging any more than it does already.

You can turn them off. It’s more when u use it and want to see notifications

it is perhaps worth you trying the responsive web version for a few days see how you get on with that, it will optimise for your device.
If you go to web version scroll to the bottom of the screen and look at the bottom left for the 'style chooser' a small dropdown box and chose 'TFF responsive' note, it also optimises for viewing in landscape or portrait, you tend to get more in landscape, so have a play with device rotation setting.
