O2 and UKMail

Ordered an upgrade from O2 before easter, and still not received it. At first it was because it was out of stock, right, next posted but UKMail wont deliver over easter, even though i had a delivery from another 'parcel' company on the saturday and royal was still delivering post. Then UKMail couldnt find my farm (which is right on the road) errr satnav anyone? And now the useless morons are just not bothering to come, this being after 5 time of rescheduling it. I wonder if i can get a refund off o2 for the bit of my life ive wasted waiting for it to come.
Will probably end up having to go pick it up from the depot, which kind of defeats the purpose of a delivery company.

Have you told O2 you are unhappy, sounds like ukmail need a slap on the wrist.
