I now seem to have to log in to see the Off Topic thread. I usually scan this and other threads because my broadband falls over if there are more than a couple of pictures per page, making it impossible to scroll through the replies.
Please can you put it back?

Its there if you are logged in.

Yes - but the app is no longer supported (as it doesn't work). We have zero control over it. There are probably a few forums you can't see. The permissions are set as only guests can't see it. Not sure why the APP doesn't recognize that.

We have a new APP launching in the next 8 weeks - that will actually work and be a significant amount better. I am working with the developers on it now.

Sorry we haven't got a better answer.
