Berkshire/Oxfordshire border.


This is a busy and evolving role on a diverse family owned estate.


The job covers many aspects including residential and commercial property, arable farming, renewable energy and leisure activities.


It will appeal to you if you enjoy developing and implementing new and existing administrative systems and you possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.


This is a full-time position, but adaptable to flexible working hours.


You need to be hard working, flexible, proactive, a good communicator and above all have a can-do attitude.


The job involves over seeing:

  • dealing with farming related queries,

  • managing all aspects of income and expenditure,

  • managing let property,

  • general office administration,

  • helping develop and grow overall estate income.
And overseeing:

  • accounts to trial balance,

  • payroll,

  • VAT and partial exemption,

A understanding of Office 365, Farmplan would be a benefit but not essential.
