due to fell this lot soon. Main one is in good nick with all walls and roof ok. Second has no sides but still water tight.

Are they worth anything second hand, site’s in Oxfordshire close to the M40

with luck you might find someone to take it away FOC, the asbestos on the roofs will have to be taken to registered site as IIRC it cant be reused

There is some value in these especially the gutters. If you pull them over try and salvage the gutters apart from that we usually strip the roof and nibble the rest.

Only managed to save one Concrete Framed building before, but the extra time involved wasn’t viable, they will crack just when you don’t want them too,
Happy to quote for Asbestos removal though.

We've had luck with planning converting buildings like that into dwellings through Class Q which sell well, would that be an option to you? I've attached a brochure of ours which explains it a bit better and shows some examples. Otherwise I'm sure we can think of other options

I'd be happy to chat if you've got some time.

Rent them out if your in a secure location

We managed to claim this was suis genis use and traded it in for a bespoke new site in a better spot with better access and infrastructure :D

I have moved them in the past, but just too expensive to be worth doing. Everything in a concrete frame is heavy. For big spans you usually need two cranes!
