Old farmer's saying's..... do you know any ?

Chap who taught me to drive a tractor worked for my grandfather then dad for 40 years, used to say “Good old days, f@@k the good old days” he would have anything that made life simpler and easier, including our 1st 4wd tractor a MF 699, dad thought it might be too big. The chaps ashes are in his favourite spot on the farm.
