Does anyone know how to get personal ringtones on to this phone.

Can't seem to access the music /audio folder all music and ringtones from the old phone are sat in 'Dropbox' but I can't make the phone 'see' them.

I'd just download them to PC, use cable to upload them onto phone.
For the 1 occasion.

Only five things appear in Windows

adb_config_Linux_0SX.sh
Androidfiletransfer(0SX).dmg
Autorun.inf
Oneplus_setup.exe
Oneplus_USB_drivers_setup.exe

First two Windows can't read, other three don't help at all.

Oneplus Community are as much use as a chocolate fireguard, someone else asked the same question in August without anyone answering it, the other chap had previous Oneplus models which he'd managed to get working, but not with this one.

I'm hopeful I might bump in to a bloke who used to work in the Vodafone shop who lives locally, see if he knows, could be doubtful though because Voda don't list Oneplus phones.

I've had oneplus in the past, always been great.
But I don't use windows (hate it), linux only for me.
Android phones work well with linux, no drivers needed.

But normally after you plug the usb into phone, you have to drag down from the top to change the usb storage type and then it should appear properly in the file browser.
Then copy paste etc.

Or login to dropbox from the chrome wb browser on phone and download. Like you would on a PC

As I said the ringtones are in Dropbox on the phone, it just won't select them to use, daughter has a Oneplus, but different model, hers works no problem, which seems to me it's this model.

in that case if your using the dropbox app, don't.
login on the dropbox webpage using chrome and download from there using chrome to the phones storage.

I always avoid using the apps when a web page will do it. More and more apps just clog up the phone
