Floors are hardwood, on 380mm cross members, 4 x 5600 sq ft
2 x banks of 3 burners, plus heat exchangers,

We were a bit peed, having been given the job, then having it pulled from us,
Seems you can’t please everyone, !!

Interesting one that ! Not thought of that before ,
From the customers point of view do the two approaches come out similar price even though yours will take longer but you will have more valuable "scrap " at the end to sell than the demolition crew .

Is Demolition just more favourable to customer for turnaround time ?

I treat jobs along the recycling route, rather than destroying, and purely scrapping.
There is approx 15,000 sq ft of heavy duty drying floor, in those stores, 6m grain walling. Etc,
If it’s all to be ripped up and scrapped, just for the sake of a it of extra time involved, I find that a bad decision,
