Oops oil and water mix exiting Perkins Diesel 3 cylinder engine breather pipe on a Fermec 114 mini digger

Advice please. A grey mud coloured fluid from the breather pipe of the engine. What is this likely to be and what's the likely fix with costs please?

Through the block ,a week anti freeze mix is usually the cause if you are in a hard water are ,,quite a few specialist on here would have a more accurate diagnosis
