A few tup lambs have this, only flared up in last week, appears to be same breed and possibly same sire. Is there any link?

Anyways what's best treatment? Blue spray and pen and strep?

I don't have much experience of it here (now I've jinxed it) but I think it's salt blocks (there might even have been a thread about it on here earlier this year, have you tried searching) - dries it up stops it spreading. Blue spray will do same. Not sure if you need pen and strep unless secondary infection.

Put out some rock salt blocks, the secondary infection is the problem and salt is a good antiseptic.
