As the title says I'm looking to start a pasture based organic pig and free-range poultry business in Scotland, initially will be very small scale but the intention is to grow it over 3-5 years into something that pays a full time salary equivalent.
I've done a fair bit of internet research but thought I'd ask on here if anyone has any recommendations for both breeders of pigs/poultry and organic feed suppliers.
