All,

I'v just approached Tyrrell restorations in Ireland with regards to having original pattern MF65 mudguards made with the correct drop for axle spaces (12 3/4"). these would be made with the correct forward drop, same width drop and with the kink in the drop to kick them across as per my photo attached. Now these are not going to be cheap (prices yet to be finalised in next day or two) but I wondered if you or anyone you know would be interested? so I can put a group buy together.

Thanks for the heads up Thomas I cheated with mine, cut enough of the new ones to get rid of the holes then added enough from the old ones to get the correct drop with the kink put in with the folding machine . the foreward dimension is,nt so obvious with the Winsam cab fitted. Aye I would have been dead keen to have the right shape wings, it bugs me something terible the way pattern parts are so inaurate .

I've spoken to the chap and they are going to cost around £1400 + VAT & Delivery. Which puts them a bit out of my range atm, and that price is based on 8 sets. If they were £1000 all in I would have gone further.
