Orphan Lamb Dog Bite

Our sausage dog has been playing with the orphan lambs, took it too far and bite her, we jabbed the lamb with pen strep for a week...kept the bite clean with purple spray etc but it’s not looking any better. She is eating and drinking like normal? What is the next steps

How's it going? Can you pop a picture up? Is it manky and wet, or scabbed over? Clip the fleece around the wound, wash with loads of clean tap water. Is it getting bothered by other pet lambs sucking it or anything funky like that?
The obvious answer is call the vet or local friendly vet student to have a look.
