With rent prices soaring more and more each year, we understand that living in your chosen location close to your job or where you need to be, may not be as easy or affordable as you would like.

Here are the Addington Fund, we offer affordable rents to ensure rural workers on low incomes are not disadvantaged by open market prices. If you work or have worked in agriculture and other rural industries, and you need a place to live to continue contributing to the countryside economy, you may be eligible to apply for our Affordable Houses scheme
