Outline granted for new ag dwelling

Hi after a lot of hard work got outline granted for a agr workers dwelling over a yr ago thought that was the difficult part, but now struggling with the reserved matters a different case officer feels that after 2 applications for reserved matters 190sq mtrs is to big for a family with 3 children. "The applicant has failed to justify why the devolopment is appropriate for the business requirements" .The latest refusal was at the start of the year and unable to get any response. So what happens if I appeal the decision but also put in a new amended application.

You are able to appeal and submit a fresh application, it is quite common in fact. We would be interested in helping if you need some professional support.

We had a similar situation in 2005 (?) with N Shropshire council
They said they wanted it smaller, but wouldn't tell us exactly how much
Downstairs, we have utility, shower room and office which were all deemed 'business use' so didn't account for part of the residential sq m ....
