Outlook Email Client

Is there a cheap way of getting this these days.

Got a new database which is an MS programme but need to have Outlook for compatibility with emails generated from database. Already got Word and Excel but not Office 365 so Outlook is missing. Any ideas?

Can you just use web based outlook or does that need subscription? Can you subscription to outlook 365 on its own?

£7.99 a month on subscription - and that allows other users is a reasonable price - especially as a business expense and always up to date?

Buy Outlook as a one off ? Thunderbird as an alternative...

We got MS Office 365 for the year for £79. It gives the whole family the MS suite on their computers, 1Tb cloud storage each so all in all a good deal.

But when the next version comes out you need to spend another £150.

You also can't have it on your 6 devices.

You don't get the 6 Tb storage.

I bought MS Office 365 Home Personal 2016 Pro Lifetime License 5 Users off Ebay in March for under a fiver.

Seems good enough to me.

Well, I put it on my PC, and on my Niece's, and on my brother's and still have two licences left
I've linked it to my M$ account without issues.

Not sure what else I can say.
