Overrun with Badgers

So healthy badgers are killed, you only find out afterwards.

At least if setts were pcr tested and only positive setts gassed, healthy Badger setts would be left alone .

It is mainly lethal control for infrastructure destruction, on mainland EU.

Here, we allow graveyards to be excavated, canals to be drained and railways undermined not to mention setts in areas causing injury to anyone passing.

I think it's more about having a balance. Yes healthy ones will be killed, but isn't it better to have a healthy controlled population in an area than none at all. I'd presume if tests done on dead specimens proved tb then their would be other actions to follow. As has been said stopping over population prevents disease and also leads to a healthier group due to no fòod shortage. Its an idea that's been going on in France for years and maybe our government should stop just banning stuff and doing a bit of research
