Anyone on here had one of the ends fail ?

Looked on overum kongskilde site and only seem to list whole ram .

Any ideas who can do a weld on boss or male clevis , 40mm pin hole and 30mm thick .

Pics would be great thanks .

Looks like mine has gone the same , right through the grease hole. Have you had to do other side since making this end stronger ?

Does yours have bearing in the end of the ram
Or just a hole

Go to local ram repair shop they’ll make a new one and weld it on
@jh.
Been there done that,they are not strong enough.
Thats why they break in the first place.

Had these fabricated, it makes it awkward due to tight clearances,they do have a ball joint with a sleeve in the ball which is a cheap consumable part too replace,and is a off the shelf part.
The bolts holding the ram in place are also especially made ,due to the threads wearing on the original bolts in the bushes,so the bolt shank on these clears the bushes now.
Been in 4 yrs now with no issues or wear and this is a 6 furrow plough,so it places a lot of stress on that ram.

Looks like it's a better way but local Case dealer has sourced a weld on end like standard . Mine is only a 5 furr and it's the first time it's gone in about 10 years so hopefully last . Saved your pics tho just in case.

Cheers
