P272 charges

Anybody else think these new p272 electricity supply charges are a bit of a rip off? Larger supplies to grain stores etc for meter no's starting 05 and above. My monthly standing charges for the 11 months of the year when I'm not using the fans have gone from £20 to £200 a month!! Can't be just me surely??

Hi Phil. I am an energy broker and consultant. P272 is a complete scandal for small businesses. I have been actively looking for solutions for a while but there is not alot anyone can do except a) avoid upgrading as far as physically possible b) find a supplier that is competitive for these situations - we can help with the latter.
