I admit it, I have opted out of as many media trackers and ads as I possibly can. Ad blocker, Google max opt outs and I may have sent a couple of ip's to local host. But currently and unexpectedly only TFF is failing to load pages and exit elegantly as I block all the stuff I don't want [and my bandwidth can't support] It sits there claiming to be trying to finish loading the page.
With firefoxes console up can see repeated calls to clients1.google.com that are failing to terminate on failure. I shouldn't really complain because this is self inflicted but I thought you might wish to know.
None of my other browsers are set up so defensively so I can't verify if this is a firefox or TFF problem,
