Paint for Panels in Parlour and Dairy

any advice as to what I should paint precast panels with for a tank room and parlour. Tempted just to lease them as they are - easy to wash etc but painting them would make it look smarter and brighter perhaps.
any advice would be much appreciated. Tight budget so fibreglass and that type of treatment is probably too expensive
thanks

Really helpful if you phone them up as well. We ran a abrasive disk on grinder over panels first, came a good finish with 2 coats.

Concrete panels only need a sealer. Mine have been in 23 years and still look brand new. Anything else will wear a bit and will then look like painted concrete panels where the paint is flaking. Don't cover them up.

Just seen this, don’t know why I didn’t get a notification. Anyway, looks really good. I’ve done my new stud wall with uPVC cladding, it’s what to do the old rendered walls with as they have a lot of cracks and old paint. Thinking I might continue with the uPVC, but will have to take a few things down to do it, but hopefully that will be the only time I touch it.
