Parking problems

Our neighbour used to have an air b&b which they said wasn’t paying . So they have let it out with out any change of use ect. They don’t want the tenets parking on their driveway due to privacy. So they are parked on a single track lane causing a nite mare to school buses & lorries ect they all got to go and knock door to get it moved. Any advice please.

Hire a van/minibus and spend a day knocking on the door needing the car shifted to let you past every ten mins, let them come up with the solution.

Ask nicely first.
When that fails, park an old taxed and insured vehicle inconveniently, opposite. Permanently.
Don't resort to criminal damage.

Is the lane an adopted or private road?
Sounds like the neighbours are more to blame than the tenants.

OP doesn't make it very clear-do your neighbours own 2 properties and do they both have somewhere for the occupiers to park or do they share parking?

If a public highway, contact Police as obstructing the Highway is an offence under the Highways Act 1980.

Preventing vehicles passing and re-passing, sounds like and obstruction to me....
