It would work for lower air temps like that, but the idea is that number 1 jet runs constantly and the second one flicks in and out to maintain the set temp. Too big a nozzle in number two could keep tripping the safety cut out. For beans at lower temps you put the 4 gph nozzle in and turn off the second jet. It’s actually last year I mixed them up and I had it with the 4 as main and 6 secondary it seemed too work okay but was giving drier a look over today and got it in my head the larger one should be first
What way round are your nozzles big first or little?Does anybody know a good supplier of nozzles suitable for a master drier?
Never greased ours in 30 years of master ownershipWhat are you guys using to lube the agitator chain it’s always dry with the heat? Also how often do ya grease the agitator ring bearing same with it no matter how often I grease it
The bigger nozzle should be fitted where the ignition electrodes are, then the smaller nozzle is the one that turns on and off, controlled by the setting on your air temperature gauge. What way round are your nozzles big first or little?
I asked because I have searched online heating suppliers, but their nozzles are much lower flow rate.master? or most heating engineers.
in that case master would be the obvious choice. their service is very good.I asked because I have searched online heating suppliers, but their nozzles are much lower flow rate.
