Perfect Suckler cow??

Over the next few weeks we are expanding are suckler herd and reducing the sheep numbers. We make are suckler cows out of the beef calves born off are dairy cows. At the minute we run alot of Lims and Charollais. With the plan to bull therm with a Bazidaise, Charollais or Blond. I’m after a cow that will wean a calf as close to 50% of her weight as possible. The thinking is to use 1 of the following breeds to get the cows:
Charollais
Saler
Stabilizer
Angus
Lincoln Red
Longhorn
What would people use? The ground isn’t the best that why I’d use more native and lims don’t really work up in these fields. The image isn’t the best but sort of show the area and ground they’ll be in.

On what looks like some quite hard land I would think Lincoln red from that list.

Sim/luing cow, Charolais bull, simples.
