Myself and my girlfriend are keen metal detectorists that are looking for land to search. I am currently serving in The Royal Navy, working on Submarines. My girlfriend is a plastering instructor at the local collage. in our spare time we make our own wine, enjoy hiking and metal detecting. I appreciate your time is valuable as a farmer and thought that this method of approach would be best, rather than knocking on your door.
We took up the hobby, purely as an interest into history. We both have decent jobs and are not interested in the financial side of treasure hunting.
We are both mature adults who will thoroughly respect your time and land and appreciate any help you can give. To date, we have mainly been on beaches but have attended metal detecting group digs of various farms, both pasture and planted.
Obviously anything arranged will be on your terms as its your land but there will be plenty of home-brew red wine your way.
