Permissions near Sittingbourne Kent

Good evening everyone hope you are well

I currently live in Sittingbourne and am looking for permissions to metal detect on land for myself and my son (aged 9). I will respect all land offered by refilling any holes dug and will also be insured before setting foot on your land.

Please reply if anyone is willing to grant me permission, I will be happy to write up a contract with you and discuss any percentages for anything found.
