Petrol Generator/Welder

I will be moving to a farm building with no mains electricity. I plan to do a bit of light welding up to 160 amps(GYS M1 Induction Stick welder) and was wondering what size generator would be needed. My 2.5kw generator will not even put the green light on . I will also be using the generator for light and to drive a small pressure washer.
Many thanks in advance

Buy a welder generator, AC set for cheapness. DC sets are more expensive.

I've a Generac 200a AC weld gen, I get on well welding with AC.

Consider putting a few solar panels up with an inverter setup for the lights, big advantages over starting a generator and listening to it roar away whilst trying to work.

Get an Ecoflow battery or similar for convenience, you can even take it with you for portable power
