Phone reception friendly insulation

Looking to convert an out building to an office and worried that using foil backed celletext type insulation will damage signal, as it has I think where I am now.

any suggestions for other options? Or am I being paranoid

I like to walk around on the phone. Having wifi calling is fine until I go out into the garden. Beside Internet not that quick!

When you wire the building you put range extender in a electric box with cover anywhere you want ,you can put the outside aswell ,its only cat cable to a box ,use a sure signal for vodaphone or similar ,ee also do wifi calling as i presume the other suppliers do ,

This isn’t the answer, but thanks.

so if I get a call from the office about pikies hare coursing, I run to the truck and the call gets cut out as phone is on WiFi. Or if I’m on the phone about a part and they ask for a measurement I walk out to the yard with callipers and call gets cut.

I know your application can work in many settings but not this one. I was thinking more about lambs wool insulation instead.

it’s changes from WiFi calling to normal calling fairly seamlessly. I’m on WiFi in office and can walk through to outside no problem

this I didn’t know, in that case it changes everything.

Every time I use WiFi calling it works fine if you sit still but always cut me off on transfer

We have WiFi calling and when in the office works fine , walk outside and then you lose the call , I think it depends how strong your 4 g signal is as to whether it changes from one to the other without interruption
