Pig building rental

Hi all, we're restructuring our family farm and wish all sides involved in different enterprises pay a realistic price for what can be allocated.
We've got a pig finisher shed ,scraped passage design, with capacity for 1000 finished pigs.
Also, a converted straw barn with capacity for 300..
Running a batch system, 5 crops per year.
What would be a sensible charge per pig place.,purely for building rent/straw/slurry storage.
Many thanks

Presumably it’s still part of the farm ?

Half of what somebody like Stockcroft would pay , the other half being to allow for the labour expended by the family member on their care I guess

Yes,but on a separate site, not owned by the pig farmer. The owner of the pigs pays all bills associated with the pigs.
We're looking to find a realistic return for our investment in the buildings.
