Second year RVC vet student here, looking for a 1 week pig placement at some point 2024-25 (ideally 16th-21st December) but I am flexible with other dates too!
As per RVC's requirements, there would need to be a minimum of 40 breeding sows. I'm open to doing the placement pretty much anywhere but my home county is the West Midlands. I'm also hoping that accommodation (and food if possible) can be provided.
I'm extremely driven, hard-working, and can't wait to gain some experience in the pig industry!
I have already completed a dairy placement and an equine placement (alongside previously working at an eventing stables and the RSPCA)
