Piglet advice needed please!

Hi all, first time posting, so please be gentle!

One or our sows has recently had piglets. We have a slight concern over one, a male, which has what looks like a sore between his hind legs. Please see photo. He tends to keep his tail down, where as the others generally have their tales up. Any advice or thoughts?

I'd say Uddermint would be way too stingy to put on broken skin. Sudacrem or similar would be kinder, and/ or blue spray?

Smooth on some baby oil. The scaby bits will come away easily over the next few hours and the piglet will love it.
