Any experts on here.question if a developement is allowed which on paper appears to meet all drainage requirements but and it’s a big but.The water runs into a dyke that flows into a small river that simply cannot cope with the water it has already.What right as a landowner do you have when in a flood situation ( regular event) they will continue to discharge surface water and treated water.I am talking grazing land.
