Eurofins are meant to be starting imminently, but I can’t get any information about when or costs etc. Omex do it but not very well IMO

yeah, they're not the problem.
The bloody new customs forms are the issue. the forms I used to get off nova are not longer valid.
New regs since 1st august.
I had to get a form from Plant Health here in the UK after my shipment was destroyed and I was told wrong form. I then spent nearly 30 minutes filling it in, sent off with more leaves, shipment destroyed again because I didn't complete properly, so now just sent it off to Eurofins instead, registered my sample online last night and eta of testing results is friday apparently.
I will keep a look out for that, not done any since the spring
