Plastic or net on round bales

I’m considering buying a combi baler and wondering if its worth paying the extra for the option to use plastic rather than net?

Plastic has got to be better than net.

Yes. But don't skimp on the wrap, my bales hasn't near enough on this year and are too easily torn

what wrap was used, I tried different wrap this year and it was tacky ok but when handling da said it wasn't as good as normal, 6 layers and all by ourselves, didnt do anymore after that trial, moved to normal again.

an extra layer is cheap, if you lose bales through splits etc, same applies to net, save a few pence on net, and leave a few broken bales in field.
