Plastic Waste Recycling - RuralWasteRecycling

Good Morning,

We have been in the plastic recycling industry for 12 years through Redland Recycling Ltd, but we have just created a new subsidiary of the business called -
www.ruralwasterecycling.co.uk

We are interested in all of your Farm plastic waste, so instead of all farmers burning the waste which is illegal, or alternatively taking it to a waste management site to then be charged between £80-140 gate fee as well as the time it takes for travelling to the site. lastly landfilling the plastic waste, but again it isn't cheap plus very un-envrironmental.

RuralWasteRecycling will accept all of your Plastic Waste and best of all, if you can drop it into our site in Newent,Gloucestershire it will be FREE of Charge, we will also provide the correct paperwork i.e., weigh bridge ticket and waste note. RuralWasteRecycling are very well educated in the plastic recycling industry and have very strong relationships with customers in the UK, Europe & Asia.

We do charge a fee of £70-90 if we are required to collect your Plastic farm waste from your farm as we will be using our own machinery and labour, but if you are able to drop off the plastic waste to us then there will be NO charge at all.

The material types we are looking for are listed below. If you need any further information or just want to go over anything please feel free to get in touch.

Hi Cardi, it all depends on how much plastic you have/generate. If you can let me know what types of plastic you generate then we can look into it, initially we are just starting the collections in Gloucestershire,Worcestershire,Herefordshire,Worcestershire & South Oxfordshire, but if you would like to drop off the material FREE of Charge that will be fine.

Hi Matt, With Agriculture plastic, we know that it will have bits of crop and straw amongst other bits of contamination, but if there is just a little bit of plastic and more contamination then it could be an issue but with that sort of material we know its origin and will still accept it. My families background is from dairy & livestock farming in Stroud so we know that agricultural plastic will have some contamination. What s sort of plastic do you generate? I assume that there will be a lot of Silage on most farms now as well as String, Spray cans & Bags.

All, please come on down to the Gloucestershire Young Farmers Rally on the 28th May in Dymock. Details Below, Rural Waste Recycling is sponsoring the Rally, so that we can introduce ourselves to local famers and see what we can do to help with there Plastic waste. Come on down there will be drink and refreshments on the day. Look forward to seeing all of you down there.
