In this episode Ben travels to Leicestershire to the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust's Allerton Project to speak to farming legend Phil Jarvis who at the the time had just returned from the annual 'Cereals' event. Phil has farmed at the Allerton Project since the 1990s and since then has experimented with a vast range of strategies to understand how to farm the land in a more sustainable manner, maintaining the highest yields whilst also safeguarding the environment, creating new habitats and boosting biodiversity
