Poor level of service from Warwick Trailers

Anyone else found the company Warwick trailers, to be awful to deal with?

Don’t bother ringing back and can’t supply the correct parts. Seem to be really difficult to deal with.
Then admit they were wrong and sent the wrong parts, but won’t do anything about it, or change parts over.

Really disappointed with a British company and their attitude.

Should have bought a Stewart trailer. Excellent firm to deal with, can't do enough to help. Spare parts must be at cost.

They used to be good but I seem to recall there was a change in their ownership a few years back, not sure if the Warwick family are still involved.

Check at companies house. You may be surprised to see who the shareholders are now. It’s a recent change so to be fair to them they probably have a lot to do to improve things.

Just use Hunton Legg, excellent service and keep all the parts (except for the steel pressings obviously).

Yes have heard this a lot recently as there are a few warwick trailers around these parts. Seems to be lots of unhappy customers.
