Poultry Building shed/ideas

Looking for ideas and contacts.

Recently I have brought 25 acres with a poultry shed. The shed it 63m x 18.5m, previously is was used for conventional egg laying. It has been splint in to two half's with an egg room in the middle and has all the nest boxes, conveyor belts, drinkers etc.

I am looking for some advice on the best way to go forward with the shed. I am aware the size of the shed I may struggle with contracts etc. I'm trying to think out side the box, possible organic free rang hens, broiler egg production???

Any ideas would be great

Where are you and who did it supply previously. I think there is a demand for organic eggs, but would suggest you speak to your nearest packer. Depends how much time you are prepared to spend. Br Jones probably has the best idea.
