Poultry feed freshness

Morning. Is there any opinions out on how much feed to have in stock for poultry. Does any one worry about food losing quality in the bins in summer? At present I order 3 lorries at a time for our 3 broiler sheds, would 1 lorry spread over 3 sheds at a time result in fresher food? My opinion is that feed is milled which creates friction heat, then dumped in my bins and sat in the sun, may I be reducing feed quality having so much sat? Not sure if layers have seen any differences?

It is not ideal to have feed stored for too long. There will be condensation internally in the bin from the cool sides and you will inevitably get a deterioration if it stays too long. The other big danger is caking against the sides which must be looked out for. This may hang there for a very long time caising feed coming into to contact to Deteriorate very quickly
