What are you using to keep freeish ranging poultry in and predators out?

I currently use 10 rolls of electric netting to divide a paddock for 800 turkeys in 4 pens. It does the job, but I am woundering how the alternatives compare alternative,

I was thinking of changing to strands of wire with knocked in corner posts and plastic fencing stakes to act as droppers. Not sure whether it wound be worth it though.

Tornado wire mesh, dug in about 6 inches and folded under, with 8ft creosoted posts and two strands of electric:

Not had any trouble with buzzards yet. Had some trouble the last couple of times in recent years from mink getting into the barns at night.

@Daniel that looks very smart. Alas we only have turkeys half the year and often free range Scouts on the paddock during the rest of the year so permanent fencing is a limited option. The electric netting is also very good for keeping squirrels away from the walnut trees in said paddock. Would have to use finer mesh to force them up to the electric strands.
