Is it much trouble to fitting power beyond to an older tractor

Fait 140 is the tractor in question.but I bought a pottinger wagon and a man told me I may need power beyond to run it

It's not something you can simply fit to a tractor that doesn't have it and I highly doubt that yours does. Its a fancy name for closed centre load sensing hydraulics (ccls), as opposed to more traditional open centre hydraulics. It's a different hydraulic pump and setup.
It should however be possible to run the wagon on constant pumping through a spool for a pressure line and have a free return into back end of tractor
