There’s a 190 that I have driven every once in a while and it seems to have the same problem but intermittently. The clutch will engage and drive for about 3 seconds then it will jump into neutral, if you put the shuttle into neutral and try again then the process is repeated. I know that once or twice it has been the plugs under the cab but I’m not sure if there was also another connector in the front right area that was playing up. ?‍♂️ Anyhow it now goes fine
It sounds very similar. They have sent me a video and it drives around the yard then up and down the road smoothly and looks pretty quick. About 5 mins of video and it never done it once. I'd love to have a go at fixing it as I'm sure it's electrical but it's an expensive gamble.

That was what my TM155 was doing. The switch behind tank and another was changed, still problems so fit a CPU and spent many hours trying to solve the issue. In the end the first switch/sender we changed was faulty along with a wiring fault. It would drive ok in H mode.

Given the purchase price and shipping - it’s worth a gamble - you can always break it and get double your money or just ditch it in Cambridge

That is very nice! Cheers for the link.
Surely there’s something up with that if it’s that money ? 50k too ?
I think their reputation from the issues with the launch models has really affected the 2nd hand value of them.

Julian is fairly straight I'm pretty sure if it had a problem it is priced to reflect it and he will warn you at point of sale. Bought one of my TM 155s off him about 5 years ago was reasonably priced (spools were being a bit TM quirky which he told me about and sorted) I could still probably get the same money now. This is the one with the drive issues this summer but even I don't expect a 5 year warranty on a used tractor ;)

There are 3 speed sensors on that gearbox, on my 155 it would stop changing above 12, but would later come back "online", had to try each one until the fault went, never got a fault code though.
There is a temp sensor on the top that can do similar when it thinks its too hot.
